The month of August brings a wealth of events to dogs in the San Francisco bay area, particularly the North Bay. On Saturday (OK, technically still July) FETCH attended Hiro's Doggy Pawty at Stryker Sonoma Winery in Geyserville, where pups and their people sipped fine wine, munched yummy hot dogs, and tried out doggy art with the folks at Paws for Love. There were vendor booths and Mylette Welch had an exhibit in the wine cellars.
Upcoming events include Deaf Dog's Dog Day Afternoon, D5Dog's Great Dogs in the Park, Mutt Lynch's 2-day Dog Days of Summer event, Sebastiani's multi-day Canine Festival, Trentadue Winery's Dog Days, and fundraisers for Pets Lifeline and Napa Humane. Check the calendar on the left for more info.
